The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring effective coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams. This position supports both internal and external hiring efforts, maintains recruitment data integrity, and enhances the overall candidate and hiring manager experience
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and team dynamics; maintain detailed records of all recruitment discussions.
- Support the development and maintenance of job descriptions using Payscale and assist in maintaining the centralized Job Description Library.
- Post job openings across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, specialized job boards, and the company ATS.
- Update and maintain the recruitment tracker to ensure real-time visibility into hiring progress.
- Ensure candidate data in the ATS (Workable, UKG, or similar) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Internal Hiring
- Regularly review and update internal job postings to reflect current team needs and business
- priorities.
- Screen candidate applications and guide candidates through the hiring pipeline.
- Facilitate timely evaluations and feedback to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with verbal offer presentations, clearly articulating the company’s value proposition and growth opportunities.
External Hiring
- Schedule and coordinate intake meetings with third-party agencies; support onboarding and ATS access for external partners.
- Collaborate with external recruiters to monitor recruitment progress, review candidate pipelines, and ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Organize interview debrief sessions with hiring teams and external agencies to drive decision-making and feedback.
Onboarding Support
- Partner with the People Services Generalist to collect candidate information and assist in preparing employment agreements.
- Present benefit packages to selected candidates, including health benefits, ESOP program awareness, stock options (where applicable), and other perks.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from recruitment to onboarding for all new hires.
Employer Branding
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by attending career fairs, tech conferences, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and tech communities.
- Support the employee referral program by managing communications and incentives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support roles.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workable, UKG, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a growth mindset.
- Strong customer service orientation focused on candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Adaptable and flexible in managing changing priorities.
