Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you’ll be a trusted voice for our customers - delivering meaningful experiences and helping them feel confident when shopping with us. Our full-time position requires 5 shifts (8 hours) between the operating hours of: Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm You will be responsible for: Delivering exceptional customer service experience through phone and email. Listening, understanding, and resolving customer needs with empathy and efficiency. Helping customers navigate our online shopping experience and tools. Documenting and tracking compliments, concerns, complaints, requests for assistance, product, and service inquiries. Partnering with our ecommerce and store teams to resolve order-related questions. Assisting customers with our More Rewards loyalty program. Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution. Capturing feedback that helps us continuously improve. You have: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service. Proficiency with computer applications and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies. The ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM. Previous call center experience is an asset. You are: Passionate about customer service and genuinely enjoy helping people. A great multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Analytical and critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent in both verbal and written communication. Able to adapt and learn new skills within an always-changing and fast-paced environment.
