Role Summary :

The Valet Attendant is a front-of-house ambassador responsible for delivering a refined, safe, and efficient arrival and departure experience in line with standards and Forbes-style service excellence. This role requires professional guest engagement, responsible vehicle handling, and close coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and acknowledge guests promptly with a professional, confident, and welcoming presence
• Safely accept, inspect, park, retrieve, and return guest vehicles in accordance with SOPs
• Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance while maintaining discretion and professionalism
• Maintain clear communication with Front Desk regarding arrivals, departures, and vehicle readiness
• Manage curbside traffic flow and ensure pedestrian and vehicle safety
• Perform visual vehicle inspections and report any existing damage prior to parking
• Maintain strict ticketing and key-control procedures at all times
• Immediately report incidents, damages, or guest concerns
• Follow all safety, security, and service standards without exception

Requirements

• Part-time availability is a must : Friday and Saturday evening (7pm to 3 am)

• Strong customer service and communication skills in a luxury or high-volume environment

• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure

• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and accountability

• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record

• The candidate must currently reside in Canada.

• the candidate must be 22 years of age or older for insurance purposes.

• Skilled in both automatic and manual transmission

• Physically able to stand for extended periods.
