Glass Lewis is looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our Corporate Product team, helping us build and evolve the tools corporate issuers rely on to understand investor expectations, proxy voting trends, and governance risk. You will work closely with our technology teams, research analysts, and client-facing partners to turn business requirements into clear, actionable product deliverables. This role requires a proven track record of product development and ownership, experience working in the research and data industry, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure the successful development and launch of products. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Products.

Job Requirements

  • 5–7 years as a Product Operations Manager, ideally within financial research, governance data, proxy voting, ESG analytics, executive compensation, or capital markets technology.
  • Ability to translate complex research or policy frameworks into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with UAT planning, execution, and quality review.
  • Familiarity with data catalogues and data pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable working with analysts, engineers, and technical partners.
  • Experience with enterprise B2B software or data platforms.
  • Experience with Excel, Azure Dev Ops, Asana, JIRA and other product management tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Write clear, detailed, Epics, Features, and Users Stories that translate business needs, research methodologies, and data requirements into actional development tasks.
  • Manage and prioritize a well-organized backlog that aligns with corporate client needs and strategic roadmap priorities.
  • Support engineering teams by clarifying requirements, answering business logic questions, and ensuring implementation aligns with client needs.
  • Collaborate with design, research, and engineering teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects user expectations and data dependencies.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of data catalogues, including data definitions, lineage, quality rules and usage guidelines.
  • Work with our data and engineering teams to ensure data structures support our methodologies and downstream product functionality.
  • Develop UAT scripts, acceptance criteria, and testing workflows that validate product quality and functionality.
  • Coordinate and run the UAT process, including defect tracking, test case management, and sight off for release readiness.
  • Work with QA and engineering to triage issues and ensure timely resolution ahead of deployment.
  • Communicate roadmap updates and product decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
