The Creative Innovation team within Central Technologies is the driving force behind EA’s cutting-edge research, 3rd-party partnerships, and content creation technologies. We are looking for an Associate Development Manager to lead essential administrative and operational functions across our four subteams. Reporting to the Senior Operations Lead in Tools & Technology (TnT), you'll also collaborate with operational and project management individuals across CI to ensure consistency and smooth daily execution.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating clarity, solving logistical puzzles and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You're someone who communicates with ease and finds satisfaction in keeping things running efficiently. Your work will directly allow our teams to focus on delivering creative, technical, and strategic impact.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Operations Leads across the organization to support important team operations ranging from capacity management to partner communications.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including account setup, equipment coordination, and alignment with Recruiting, HR, IT, and hiring managers.
- Oversee contract and license tracking processes and documentation, and ensure renewals or escalations are managed well.
- Develop and own administrative processes across CI, partnering with Executive Admin to roll out adaptations and with the TnT Process Workgroup to align with their remit.
- Work with other Development Managers and the Executive Admin to agree on best practices, share coverage, and provide mutual support.
- Support coordination and logistics for both in-person and virtual team events.
- Help manage training and conference approval workflows and tracking.
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in operations, team coordination, or administrative roles.
- An interest in developing project and operational management skills.
