Job Description As an Engineering Support Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to provide engineering support for projects
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute project plans
  • Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure compliance with company policies and program requirements
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the team
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering or technical support
  • Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
