Health Association Nova Scotia is partnering with the Department of Seniors and Long-term Care to provide recruitment support to continuing care employers in Nova Scotia. There are numerous opportunities across the Western Zone.

Responsibilities:
Long-term Care
- Practice safe, compassionate, competent, and ethical care throughout the continuum of health and wellness of the residents.
- Administer direct nursing care and plan Resident care in consultation from the multidisciplinary care team.
- Administering and recording prescribed medication
Home Care
- Diabetes management
- Dialysis
- IV medications
- Palliative care
- Phlebotomy
- Wound care
Core Requirements:
- Current Licensed (or eligible for license) with the Nova Scotia College of Nurses
