Are you a skilled professional in automotive finance and insurance, ready to take the driver’s seat in your career? Steele Subaru looking for an Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager, in a term role, to join our dealership team and help customers navigate the exciting journey of vehicle ownership!

As a F&I Manager at Steele Subaru, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise will guide them in exploring financing options, selecting essential add-ons, and finalizing their vehicle purchase with confidence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
  • Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
  • Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in automotive finance, insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • A track record of success in sales and achieving performance targets.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.
