St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a full-time probationary Administrative Assistant I position at Christ the King School in Leduc, Alberta. This position will begin September 23, 2025.
Qualifications For The Position Include
- excellent communications skills and a welcoming disposition for a high school environment
- technological experience with Microsoft Office, Google and PowerSchool
- strong organizational and multi-talking skills
- ability to work independently and problem solve
- ability to exhibit flexibility in assigned tasks
Previous secretarial experience with student information systems in a Catholic School setting would be an asset.
The ideal candidate will love working in a busy and ever changing environment. Successful candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm, the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, problem solve, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, technological skills or willingness to learn various computer software and enjoy participating in a Christ centered atmosphere.
The Successful candidate’s offer of employment will be conditional upon receipt of a recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record check inclusive of vulnerable sector and a recent (within 6 months) Alberta Children's Intervention Record Check.
