Opportunity We are currently hiring a Business Development Representative to power our sales growth in the global market. In this role, you will support our Perpetua product, serving seller, challenger brand, and specialist agency segments within the Flywheel portfolio. Perpetua provides retail media optimization and automation technology for the world’s smartest eCommerce businesses.
What You'll Do:
- Drive new business growth by qualifying and following up on warm inbound leads from marketing-generated sources via telephone, email, and other digital channels.
- Lead strategic outbound prospecting: You will be the “mini CEO” of a defined territory, proactively identifying, targeting, and engaging potential new Perpetua customers through cold calling, personalized outreach, and creative outbound strategies.
- Generate pipeline by building and managing a robust list of prospects, actively reaching out to key decision makers and influencers, and creating new sales opportunities.
- Book meetings, share relevant resources with prospects, and seamlessly hand off qualified leads to Account Executives for demos. Use data and feedback to continuously refine your outreach strategy, working closely with Account Executives to optimize results.
- Become a Perpetua expert – you’ll be able to answer any questions prospects may have about the Perpetua product suite.
- Consistently deliver against your set number of meetings booked and qualified opportunities created, meeting or exceeding your quarterly quota.

The Interview Process: Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
