Project Manager – High-Rise Residential Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Greater Toronto Area

Our client, a well-established General Contractor with a strong track record in large-scale residential construction, is seeking a Project Manager to take a leadership role on purpose-built rental developments across the GTA. This is a great opportunity to join a builder with a solid pipeline of projects and long-term stability in the multi-residential rental sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and budgeting through to final occupancy and close-out.
• Lead coordination between consultants, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and contracts to maintain timelines and cost control.
• Provide leadership to site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and safety.
• Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to minimize project challenges.
• Ensure quality standards are met at every stage, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term asset performance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 full-cycle high-rise residential projects successfully managed as a Project Manager in Ontario.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete high-rise construction methods, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets of $100M+ and complex multi-phase projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and the ability to build relationships with consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders.
