ADAMA Canada is seeking highly motivated summer assistants in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. In this 4-month role, the Technical Sales Agronomist Assistant will work with ADAMA Agronomists to help launch new products to market, provide technical support of the current portfolio and assist with customer-facing events. These roles will provide a great opportunity to learn about the crop protection products, gain industry experience and collaborate with retailers and growers.

Fundamental Areas of Focus

Assist in completing a field-scale trial program testing Crop Protection products (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides)

Assist in demand creation activities such as tour site maintenance, field signage, and providing assistance during customer events

Support Sales Team in generating outstanding customer service to retailers and growers
-
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree/diploma program in Agriculture or related field

A valid Class 5 license
-
Willing to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
