Summary

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Revenue is responsible for leading all revenue-generating business units across Brandt Sports & Entertainment, including sponsorship, ticketing, partnerships, premium hospitality, merchandising, attractions, and events sales. The SVP of Revenue will develop and execute integrated commercial strategies designed to maximize organizational revenue, strengthen corporate partnerships, enhance fan engagement, and support long-term organizational growth. Working closely with executive leadership, operations teams, marketing, and external stakeholders, the SVP of Revenue will build a high-performance sales culture focused on innovation, accountability, and delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Developing and executing the organization’s comprehensive revenue strategy across all commercial business units. Leading sponsorship, ticketing, premium hospitality, partnerships, and merchandising revenue initiatives. Identifying new revenue streams and commercial growth opportunities. Supporting pricing strategies, packaging development, and inventory optimization. Monitoring market trends, fan behavior, and competitive positioning.

Sales Leadership

Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales and partnerships team. Establishing sales goals, KPIs, and performance management systems. Driving a culture focused on accountability, relationship building, and customer service excellence. Supporting professional development and succession planning initiatives.

Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorship

Building and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate partners and sponsors. Leading major sponsorship negotiations and partnership agreements. Ensuring successful activation and fulfillment of partnership agreements. Developing innovative sponsorship platforms and experiential opportunities.

Fan Experience & Guest Engagement

Supporting strategies to enhance fan engagement and guest satisfaction. Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience. Leveraging data analytics and customer insights to improve retention and sales performance.
