POSITION OVERVIEW

As a vital member of the branch team, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for answering customer phone calls, responding to email inquiries, providing pricing information, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phone lines and provide customers with product information knowledge and pricing

• Greet walk in customers and provide the highest level of customer support

• Process rental and sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients

• Promote and upsell company products and services to meet customer needs

• Prospect and lead generation including following up with inactive customers, reaching out to trade show contacts, or cold-calling potential customer accounts

• Develop a broad range of product knowledge of our rental fleet and demonstrate equipment usage when required

• Complete customer notes, follow-up reminders, and status entries in HubSpot

• Keep accurate records of transactions and rental agreements to ensure smooth operations

• Other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in customer service, or inside sales experience preferably within construction

• Preferably, previous experience in equipment rental, construction or traffic safety

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate via email, phone, and in-person

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle repetitive tasks efficiently

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

HOURS OF WORK

• Regular working schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
