About Us
At SafetyLine Lone Worker (a division of Tsunami Solutions Ltd.), we help organizations protect employees who work alone. Our platform provides monitoring, compliance, and peace of mind for teams across Canada and the U.S.
We’re a small, purpose-driven company that values initiative, collaboration, and meaningful work. If you’re tech-savvy, organized, and love helping people, you’ll feel right at home here.
About the Role
Customer Education & Onboarding Coordinator
We’re seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Sales Manager and play a key role in moving potential customers through our Sales Funnel.
This is a hands-on role that blends communication, organization, and technology. You’ll be hosting customer education sessions, coordinating meetings, configure product trials, and ensure every customer’s journey is documented in Salesforce. You’ll also assist with onboarding new customers after a sale — helping create a smooth transition into our system.
If you’re the kind of person who enjoys connecting with people but also loves structure, checklists, and getting things done right, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide education/training webinars to current and prospective customers
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene — keep customer and lead records up to date, link support tickets, record notes, and maintain data accuracy.
- Set up and configure trials by gathering customer data, coordinating any required devices, and ensuring the trial is ready for testing.
- Assist the Sales Manager with follow-up materials, documentation, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions after sales close.
- Track and report key metrics (conversion rates, trial timelines, and onboarding milestones).
- Support onboarding for new customers by creating project plans, organizing training materials, and preparing billing details.
- Document processes, create reusable templates, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Serve as a professional, helpful, and friendly point of contact for customers and internal staff.
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You:
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you like to stay on top of things and finish what you start.
- Enjoy talking with people — whether on the phone, in person, or through email, you’re clear, friendly, and professional.
- Have strong technical aptitude — learning new systems doesn’t intimidate you.
- Appreciate scorekeeping and metrics — you like knowing how your work contributes to results.
- Thrive in a structured, collaborative environment where accuracy and follow-through matter.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and naturally take initiatives that make things run smoothly for our customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in a coordinator, administrative, customer-facing, or teaching role that required high organization and communication.
- Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a strong asset.
- PMP certificate or experience leading projects a strong asset.
- High level of Proficiency with Microsoft365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Must reside in British Columbia.
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check prior to employment.
- No specific education requirement — we value capability, reliability, and a great attitude above all.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Purpose-driven work — you’re helping make people safer at work.
- Flexible hybrid or remote setup — work from home or from our Vancouver office.
- Friendly, collaborative culture — we care about people, not titles.
- Opportunities for professional growth within Sales, Success, or Operations.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and bonus structure.

About Tsunami Solutions Ltd
Tsunami Solutions Ltd. was founded in Vancouver, BC, Canada in 1999, for the purpose of creating innovative technology solutions to real-world problems. Born from one customer's need to effectively monitor the safety of their large staff of remote workers, Tsunami designed its signature product called SafetyLine Lone Worker (www.safetylineloneworker.com) to meet this demand. SafetyLine then paved the way for an entire industry to grow around this need. While innovating in technology, Tsunami has taken a more traditional approach to build a successful and sustainable business. From our start as a family business, we have continued to embrace the value of family in how we operate. As a privately held organization, Tsunami has been profitable for over 15 years and has shown a steady annual growth rate. From a technical partnership standpoint, Tsunami has been able to work closely with leading device and technology partners in order to integrate devices and services to better improve the quality and functionality of the service that customers expect.
Tsunami is very proud of its record of successful partnerships with technical partners and business partners alike. Our history serves as the solid foundation on which future growth will stand. Tsunami's signature product remains the SafetyLine service; but the team at Tsunami has an eye towards growth; to leverage the core technologies and skills that make SafetyLine possible in order to create and market new product opportunities such as Hibou (wwww.hellohibou.com/) and Scatterling (www.scatterling.co). Tsunami supplies to many different customers in many varying sectors demanding high standards and Tsunami will continue to be adaptive, relevant, and innovative as a leader in mobile monitoring technology.
