Marketing Coordinator
Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. is a fast-growing provider of U.S. and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, and Supply Chain Logistics — including parcel and courier delivery.
We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team at our Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a focus in Marketing or Business Administration who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting. It's also ideal for individuals with some hands-on marketing experience who are ready to take the next step in their career with a forward-thinking, rapidly expanding organization.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Executive Management team while collaborating closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources departments. This position offers valuable exposure to the fields of logistics, courier services, and supply chain management. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Perform daily administrative duties and generate regular reports to support office efficiency.
- Execute a variety of tasks assigned by the Executive Management team with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Manage inventory and distribution of corporate merchandise, branded clothing, and promotional materials.
- Contribute to website design and assist in maintaining the employee training portal.
- Oversee and coordinate social media content across platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of projects, including online training initiatives and corporate social events.
- Create, edit, and maintain engaging educational and training materials.
- Gain a strong understanding of our services to help optimize how they are presented and delivered to clients.
Skills You Will Bring:
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to follow-up with internal clients.
- Above average computer skills in MS suite, with focus on Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with website design specifically within WordPress is considered an asset.
- Able to work independently and within a team setting.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business/Commerce preferred
- Previous marketing experience is considered an asset.
- Previous experience working within the transportation/courier industry an asset
