Job Description: Customer Implementation Project Manager
Location: WFH - Toronto Duration – 6+ Months contract with solid potential for extension Interview – 2 round Virtual Max PayRate - $50.85/hr on INC or $43.68/hr on T4.
Must have skillsets
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Proficient in risk management and problem-solving Proficient in setting expectations and resolving conflict Strong organizational, and time management abilities.
Client-facing coordination
Implementation coordination Service delivery Project coordination Stakeholder management Risk/escalation management Experience with Google Suite.
Salesforce Proficiency
Nice to Have skillsets
Ability to think creatively and “outside the box”. Bilingual proficiency.
Experience in customer-facing roles
Experience in Telecom or related industries Prior experience in implementation, coordination, or project management
