##Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the College’s privacy and records management program, including related policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide support to the Risk & Compliance Manager and assist with other duties as required.
  • Prepare & review privacy impact assessments (PIAs) for new projects, programs, services, and relevant contracts.
  • Monitor, report and assess privacy breaches.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
  • Support ongoing improvements to privacy and records practices across the College.

##Job Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Management, Law Records Management, Privacy, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a public sector privacy, access, or records environment (or an equivalent combination).
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, track detailed information, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Strong management skills, including the ability to coordinate projects, communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders, and work through problems in a practical and solution-focused way.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an effective and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex initiatives and translate them into clear, actionable steps.

##Additional Information

This is a Full-time Continuing Administrative appointment (36.25 hours per week) on the Lloydminster Campus, commencing May 1, 2026. A comprehensive benefits package and pension plan are included.
