Your Role In your role as a Therapeutic Area Specialist, Fertility, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through patient-centric engagement with healthcare professionals and internal partners. You will develop and execute a strategic account management plan for your assigned territory within Ontario Northeast, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to benefit patients. Engaging in scientific dialogue, you will provide data-driven insights to illustrate the therapeutic benefits of our products. As the territory expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategy and enhance the value proposition of EMD Serono’s offerings. You will report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with laws and company policies, while respecting all relevant regulations. Travel requirements may be up to 75%.
Who You Are Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of sales experience in a specialty therapeutic area, preferably in pharma or biotech.
Or
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of work experience within pharma or biotech industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Proficiency in English and French aligns with territory requirements.
- Demonstrate outstanding consultative-selling skills and have a proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal partners.
- Excellent communication skills enable you to engage effectively with customers, both in person and virtually.
- Self-driven, possess strong project management skills, and are proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
