Industries International Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager who wants more than a narrow, one-lane job – someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in being the reason things run smoothly.
The Opportunity
G.O.S.S. Industries International Inc. is a privately owned, family-run Canadian Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider. Together with our sister company, ACRO Manufacturing Industries Ltd., we've built a business on operational excellence and long-term relationships – with our customers, our suppliers, and our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company to a portfolio of customers and suppliers, owning the order lifecycle from the moment it's placed to the moment it's delivered. You'll work closely with our Customer Service team, our warehouse, and senior leadership – so no two days look the same.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of customers and suppliers – the person they trust to get things right
- Process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and quickly, across WMS, and manual/verbal channels
- Issue purchase orders and hold suppliers accountable to delivery timelines
- Partner with the warehouse team to track shipments, resolve delays, and keep inventory data clean
- Jump in when issues, shortages, or cancellations come up – and turn them into solved problems
- Bring the customer's voice back into the business through Voice of Customer (VOC) reporting
- Handle data entry, AP/AR processing, and freight re-billing with an eye for detail
- Support senior leadership – Vice President, and Controller – wherever the business needs you What You Bring
- A post-secondary degree from a Canadian University (B.A)
- Communication skills that work equally well on the phone, in writing, and under a deadline
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine problem-solving instinct
- The independence to run with things, and the team spirit to pitch in where needed
