Your Role

• Mobilize various experts to produce solutions that meet the functional and non-functional needs of business lines while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Develop your authentic leadership and servant leadership skills.
• Participate in peer reviews and support your fellow architects when they need assistance.
• Simplify and promote the architecture governance process to project teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of the solution architecture practice.
• Stay informed and understand the impacts of technology on business processes and applications to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.

Your Team
Within the Wealth Management sector, you will be part of a team of 20 colleagues and report to the Senior Director. Our team is distinguished by its human-centered leadership, a joyful atmosphere, and its ability to deliver results.

Prerequisites

• Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven 7 to ten 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Experience with system integration technologies (API, microservices, ESB, Kafka, etc.) and the Domain-Driven Design approach.
• Experience with AWS cloud solutions (AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate certification is an asset).
• Experience with portals having good user exposure (an asset)
