Business Analyst - Dynamics 365
About the role
Our client, the Bank of Canada has a 2 year hybrid remote contract (3 days per month onsite) the rest is remote. Below is the job description.
Under the direction of the Director, Supervision Portfolio:
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, test cases and acceptance criteria in consultation with business partners to align to their objectives
- Facilitate and/or participate in various project workshops (e.g., requirements gathering, design, etc.)
- Test software features against acceptance criteria and document results
- Support user acceptance testing and end-user training
- Plan and document activities for key milestones and track progress against plan
- Support the development and reporting of performance metrics
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience in business analysis or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience supporting enterprise IT software implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements, including both functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and analytical skills Additional Qualifications The following will also be considered:
- Demonstrated ability to organize effectively
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement skills
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure Services and Dynamics 365 CRM
