The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Clinical Supervisors who are passionate about mentoring therapists and making a meaningful impact on the future of Psychotherapy.
Depending on your experience and preference, you'll have the opportunity to supervise practicum interns, Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) through our Between Sessions program, or both.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, dyadic, and group clinical supervision to practicum students and/or Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). Support supervisees in developing their clinical skills, confidence, and professional identity. Guide case conceptualization, treatment planning, ethical decision making, and therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional client care. Stay current with clinic policies and supervision best practices.
What You Need to Succeed
Must reside in Canada. Master's degree in counselling, psychotherapy, or a related field. Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the CRPO for at least 5 years. Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience. Formal training and experience in clinical supervision. Experience using a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision making skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
