JOB TITLE:
Business Systems Analyst - Job Reference #202509-02C
DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Information Technology Services, the Business Systems Analyst will:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business applications including but not limited to the FIS/ HRIS (Sparkrock MS Business Central) and the CRM (Slate).

Introduce and review workflows

Troubleshoot issues for both customers and end-users
-
Develop integrations
-
Manage support requests
-
Creates documentation to ensure that these mission-critical systems support the College’s strategic and operational goals.

Collaborate with stakeholder business units to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system functionality.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within business applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:

College Diploma (technical system analysis program or similar)
-
1-2 years of previous relevant work experience.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Collaborative mindset; ability to work across departments and technical teams.
-
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data stewardship.
TYPE OF JOB:
Full-Time Contract (40 hours per week) until April 30, 2026.

EFFECTIVE DATE:
- As soon as possible.
SALARY RANGE:
- $59,078 to $71,980 (SSG40-7), per annum, dependent on experience.
