JOB TITLE:

Business Systems Analyst - Job Reference #202509-02C

DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Associate Director of Information Technology Services, the Business Systems Analyst will:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business applications including but not limited to the FIS/ HRIS (Sparkrock MS Business Central) and the CRM (Slate).

• Introduce and review workflows

• Troubleshoot issues for both customers and end-users

• Develop integrations

• Manage support requests

• Creates documentation to ensure that these mission-critical systems support the College’s strategic and operational goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholder business units to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system functionality.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within business applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Diploma (technical system analysis program or similar)

• 1-2 years of previous relevant work experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Collaborative mindset; ability to work across departments and technical teams.

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data stewardship.

TYPE OF JOB:

Full-Time Contract (40 hours per week) until April 30, 2026.

EFFECTIVE DATE:

SALARY RANGE:

• $59,078 to $71,980 (SSG40-7), per annum, dependent on experience.
