Your impact
As a Director of Client Operations, you will work directly with our enterprise clients to help them maximize value from Correlation One workforce development solutions. You will sit at the intersection of client management and operational excellence for the AI, data, and other technical upskilling programs we deliver to our clients. You will serve as the primary partner to enterprise clients, deeply understanding their needs while ensuring flawless operational delivery across programs. This role requires a balance of strategic relationship management, project leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
You will own client outcomes and oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly, milestones are met, and opportunities for growth are captured. You will be empowered to anticipate client needs, design solutions, and surface opportunities to expand our partnerships through additional services.
This is both a client-facing and operations-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships while orchestrating complex projects.
A day in the life
- Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Lead operational planning and project management for client programs, ensuring successful execution from launch to completion.
- Manage cross-functional teams (learning development marketing, program operations, product, people operations) to deliver on client commitments.
- Anticipate risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects on track through proactive communication and clear accountability.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews, translating client needs into actionable operational solutions.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with Correlation One's offerings.
- Standardize and improve processes that scale operational excellence across client accounts.
- Track, measure, and report on key KPIs related to client satisfaction, program delivery, and operational efficiency.
Your expertise
- 7+ years of experience in client management, operations, project management, or consulting.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex client projects from start to finish.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams, tailoring messaging for clarity and impact.
- Expertise in driving organizational alignment across departments to deliver seamless client experiences and operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational acumen with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage risk, and balance short-term needs with long-term business goals.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for business growth.
- Experience and interest in workforce development, digital transformation, education, Artificial Intelligence, and technology sectors preferred.
Where you are
This role is remote and should be located in Canada, compatible with the EST time zone. We are headquartered in New York City with office space in Midtown Manhattan.
