Your Responsibilities
- Assemble knuckle boom cranes and sub-assemblies according to engineering and quality specifications.
- Follow work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and production schedules to meet delivery goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Diagnose and repair assembly issues, collaborating with supervisors to ensure top-quality performance.
- Contribute ideas to improve safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity on the production floor.
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma required; technical training in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems is an asset.
- 0–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Skilled in using hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic mechanical equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physically able to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks in a dynamic environment.
