What You’ll Do:
- Handle reservations, quotes (per CRM-negotiated rates), and general customer/vendor inquiries
- Clearly communicate rental terms and conditions to customers
- Coordinate with Rental branches to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and pickups
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships
- Match customers with suitable vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
- Resolve service issues promptly and anticipate customer needs through proactive follow-ups
- Stay informed on updates to rental products, services, and policies
- Generate reports for corporate clients, including invoices, utilization, comparisons, and scorecards
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum one year experience in a customer service role (experience working as a Rental Consultant would be considered a strong asset)
- Business Administration diploma is preferred
- Problem solving and negotiating skills
- Ability to multi-task and self-motivate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
