Join one of the largest renewable energy organizations as a Senior Accountant in their consolidations team! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Consolidations, the ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and adaptable finance professional with strong analytical and consolidation experience. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and brings a proactive approach to relationship-building and problem-solving. Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage monthly financial close and consolidation processes
- Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for reporting and disclosures
- Collaborate with internal teams and business units to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Review financial submissions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness
- Maintain documentation to support internal controls and compliance requirements
- Support the integration of acquisitions into financial systems and reporting frameworks
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed

Qualifications
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
- CPA designation
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
- Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with financial systems
- Experience with consolidation or accounting systems (e.g., OneStream)
How You Will Be Rewarded:
- $70,000 – $90,000 annual salary range
- 15% Bonus
- 3 weeks’ vacation
