About the role

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
  • Deep expertise in Marketo or HubSpot, and strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proven experience designing and managing lead routing and lifecycle workflows
  • Hands-on experience with marketing integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs)
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Experience supporting web tracking, SEO, and lead capture flows
  • Familiarity with modern data and tooling ecosystems (e.g., Vercel or similar platforms)
  • Comfort working with AI tools and integrations (e.g., Claude) and a curiosity to experiment with new technologies
  • Highly self-motivated with a track record of owning projects end-to-end
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering
  • Experience in event marketing operations and lead capture workflows
  • Background in scaling marketing systems at an early- to mid-stage company
  • Experience improving email deliverability and infrastructure

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own and evolve the systems, infrastructure, and processes that power our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and is passionate about creating scalable, high-impact marketing operations
  • In this role, you’ll directly impact pipeline generation, campaign performance, and the efficiency of our revenue engine
  • You’ll help ensure campaigns execute smoothly, leads are managed effectively, and performance insights are clear and actionable. From CRM and email infrastructure to lead routing and campaign tracking, you will play a central role in enabling marketing to drive pipeline
  • Own Marketing Infrastructure & Systems
  • Manage and optimize our marketing tech stack, including Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, and integration tools
  • Oversee email marketing infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and strong deliverability
  • Build and maintain integrations across tools (e.g., Zapier, AI tools like Claude, internal systems)
  • Lead Routing & Lifecycle Management
  • Design and optimize lead routing logic across inbound channels (web, campaigns, events)
  • Ensure leads are accurately captured, enriched, and routed to the right teams in a timely manner
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to continuously improve lead flow and conversion
  • Campaign Operations & Tracking
  • Support Demand Generation by enabling campaign setup, tracking, and performance measurement
  • Ensure clean attribution and reporting across campaigns and channels
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and identify optimization opportunities
  • Web, SEO & Conversion Flows
  • Partner with Web/Engineering (e.g., Vercel) and SEO stakeholders to ensure proper tracking and lead capture
  • Diagnose and fix breakdowns in the lead journey from form submission to CRM entry
  • Event Operations
  • Build scalable processes for capturing and routing leads from events (virtual and in-person)
  • Ensure timely follow-up and accurate attribution of event-sourced pipeline
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Own marketing data hygiene and reporting infrastructure
  • Build dashboards and workflows that provide clear visibility into marketing performance and pipeline contribution
  • Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively design solutions to streamline workflows
  • Leverage automation and AI to improve speed, accuracy, and scale across marketing operations
