Fix Auto Chilliwack is seeking a committed, customer-focused individual to join us as a Collision Estimator. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to lead customers through the vehicle repair process by examining damage on their vehicles, taking pictures of all affected body areas, and writing accurate estimates while providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn between $55,000 and $60,000 plus bonuses annually.

Our Ideal Requirements:
- Experience as a collision estimator, repair planner, customer service representative, or service advisor is preferred.
- ICBC Certification is an asset, but not required.
- Previous experience related to the automotive or insurance industry is an asset
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to quickly develop rapport with people
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A valid Driver’s license
