Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fully On-Site)
Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Full-Time Permanent

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
5+ years of experience in finance, HR, and administration
Background in supply chain / logistics preferred
College/University education in a related field
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
QuickBooks required; R4 software experience is an asset (client transitioning soon)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting, banking, and financial monitoring; provide recommendations to improve profitability
Manage QuickBooks/R4 for accounting tasks, WSIB reporting, payroll processing & deductions, HST, and tax installments
Responsible for invoicing and AP/AR (200–250 invoices monthly)
Support General Manager and executive team with HR/personnel requirements
Audit expenses, including contracted labour
Handle client communications as needed
Generate system reports, prepare Excel reports, and manage low-volume phone calls
Daily Breakdown:
Human Resources: 10%
Administrative Duties: 40%
Accounting: 50%
