Position Summary:
Field Operations Lead
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a resource person, coordinate projects and resolve issues arising during work shift.
- Ensure that instructions and protocols are followed, including safety measures and safety equipment. Supports and guides field operations team to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
- Participates in the management of invasive plants.
- Carries out and plans educational programs (i.e. guided tours).
- Assist in the service to members, visitors, and academic clientele.
- Patrols and monitors the trails at the Morgan Arboretum.
- Performs landscaping, trail maintenance and ecological restoration which may require use of specialized equipment or vehicles.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
- Communication skills
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Autonomous and resourcefulness
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Experience and Education
- High School Diploma

- Start date: May 1st, 2026
- Work schedule includes weekends and early mornings
