We’re looking for an experiencedSoftware Training Specialistwith strongLand industry knowledgeand a genuine passion for helping people learn. In this role, you’ll bring together your industry expertise and training skills to help clients confidently use our software in their day-to-day work.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to translatereal-world Land workflowsinto practical, easy-to-understand training experiences for our customers. This is a role for someone who truly enjoys working with people and helping others build confidence with new tools.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging training on ourLand Acquisition and Management software, both remotely and in person
• Assess training needs and collaborate with project teams to design and deliver effective learning experiences
• Tailor training for clients ranging from small organizations to large enterprises
• Translatereal-world Land workflowsinto practical, easy-to-understand software training
• Stay closely aligned with ourLand Product teamsto remain current on product updates and features
• Continuously deepen your knowledge of the Pandell-ESG platform and evolving functionality
• Maintain and improve training materials, documentation, and learning resources
• Identify opportunities to enhance training content and delivery based on client feedback and experience
• Work cross-functionally withimplementation, support, and product teamsto ensure training supports customer success
