WHAT YOU WILL DO
The overall responsibility of this role is to support the achievement of our sales goals by co-ordinating field activities and tracking performance.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Create, manage and distribute weekly and monthly performance tracking reports.
- Gather content and prepare presentation for weekly Zone Manager Meeting.
- Compile weekly forecast data from Zone Offices to create and distribute weekly sales reports.
- Manage and update dealer contact management system - HyRPM (Hyundai Retail Performance Management tool).
- Manage and update the monthly CORe Dealer incentive program.
- Manage and update the monthly President’s Award of Merit results.
- Identify under-performing dealers and communicate areas of performance improvement for Field Staff.
- Track Field Staff performance based on KPI’s and distribute monthly reports.
- Create dealer performance dashboards for various sales KPIs.
- Work with DSM’s and Zone Managers and fulfill requests for sales data and sales analysis.
- Organize logistics and materials for Field Staff Meetings and Zone Manager Meetings.
- Participate in annual dealer target setting
- Complete the Retail Sales Dashboard Report
- Compile and distribute the Daily Sales Report (and revise for each new year)
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree.... Or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
OTHER DETAILS

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Excellent organization and planning skills.

Knowledge of, and experience with, SAP

Knowledge of dealer/field operations an asset.
Profile description:
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Hiring Range: $60,000 - $75,000.
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity
