What will you do?
- Process Enhancement:
- Identify process gaps and develop improvement strategies.
- Create and standardize process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Analyze workflows, fee revenue streams, and work allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Reporting:
- Build and execute productivity and trend analysis reports for the team.
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for operational insights.
- Compile performance reports and formulate improvement plans as necessary.
- Strategic Planning:
- Analyze and determine the need for new applications and system enhancements.
- Plan and manage projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Ensure electronic data and documents are securely stored and filed.
- Vendor Relations:
- Manage vendor contracts and negotiate terms to align with organizational needs.
- Establish requirements and ongoing expectations for vendor partnerships.
- Coordinate tasks, escalate issues, and provide support to maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Commercial NOSI:
- Qualification and identification of Commercial accounts eligible for NOSI application.
- Design and develop E2E process on preparing files for treatment by external vendor.
- Responsible for audit and compliance to MSA and SOW.
- Manage inquiries and any discrepancies in data being managed by external vendor.
- Provide reporting on NOSI execution and volumes.
- Take ownership of all Commercial NOSI inquiries.
- Maintain a log and record keeping of historical activity related to Commercial NOSI activity.
- Legal Program:
- Qualification and identification of Commercial accounts eligible for NOSI application
- Design and develop E2E process on preparing files for treatment by external vendor
- Responsible for audit and compliance to MSA and SOW
- Manage inquiries and any discrepancies in data being
What do you bring?
- Proven experience in AR administration or a related field, with supervisory experience.
- Strong skills in process improvement, reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Proficient in relevant software applications for reporting, project management, and customer service.
- Ability to manage and mentor team members effectively, with a commitment to professional development.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, efficiently managing multiple activities and meeting deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks to meet customer transaction requirements effectively.
- Manage escalation calls and emails, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Strong attention to detail
- Post-secondary education and equivalent experience in Analytics and collections, ideally in a call center environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in collections
- In-depth knowledge of operational processes, technology, and people management techniques.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Ability to engage key stakeholders for alignment and to recommend areas of improvement
- Fluency in call centre metrics and understanding
- Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of data and performance trending
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Computer skills: Strong Advanced Excel, Word, SAP, PowerPoint are essential
- Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Able to make rational and well-reasoned decisions independently, with a direct impact on corporate revenue, collections, customer service, and financial liabilities
- Keen sense of urgency, self-driven, and ability to triage based on business needs and criticality
