What we are looking for in a Line Cook:

• Organized, with good time management skills and work ethic
• Ready to work in a high pace environment
• Capable of communicating and collaborating with peers
• Able to memorize recipes and consistently prepare them at a high level of satisfaction for our guests

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining knowledge of recipes
• Assisting with prep
• Cooking on line during lunch and dinner service
• Setting up and closing down your station, and assisting others with their station

Experience + Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a kitchen
• FOODSAFE Level 1 is appreciated
• Rate of pay is based on experience, not all will start an min. wage

Schedule:

• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
