Key Responsibilities:

As Service Concierge/Drive-Thru Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, tagging, and parking vehicles for service, as well as ensuring that vehicles are washed, cleaned and ready for pick-up.

Education, Skills, and Experiences:

This fantastic opportunity is suitable for an energetic, self-motivated, customer focused individual looking to take their career to the next level!

Duties:

• Greet customers.
• Tagging and parking service vehicles.
• Wash exterior and polish as required.
• Vacuum and detail interior of vehicle as required.
• Conduct free alignment inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
• Maintain safe and clean drive-thru.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role

The key skills and qualities of Service Concierge/Drive-Thru Attendant:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or post-secondary education.
• 1-3 years of direct work experience, preferably in luxury dealership.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Good time management skills.
• Previous detailing experience.
• Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and work ethic.
