About the role
Job Description As a key member of the Finance leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role partnering with Manufacturing Operations and company-wide cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional with a passion for transforming operational data into actionable insights, and driving performance through collaboration and analytical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead with Influence: Drive the delivery of accurate and insightful financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics across all manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Financial Planning: Lead manufacturing financial processes—including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning—while ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering accurate weekly and monthly financial reports
- Provide Strategic Financial Leadership: Offer expert guidance on manufacturing cost drivers and cost optimization opportunities.
- Drive Capital and Cost Strategy: Lead capital investment analysis, Operational Excellence reporting, and collaborate on enterprise-wide cost-saving initiatives to support sustainable, profitable growth.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the executive team, manufacturing site leadership, and cross-functional teams to coach, problem-solve, and standardize financial reporting.
- Deliver Advanced Analytics: Lead scenario planning, cost modeling, and sensitivity analysis to support complex decision-making in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership capabilities with proven ability to lead by influence and collaboration
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- CPA Designation or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant work experience required
- Strong experience in manufacturing accounting
- Results-driven, strategic, and analytical thinker
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate effectively across the organization
