The Graduate Recruitment and Admissions team at the SFU Beedie School of Business is responsible for managing and executing the comprehensive end-to-end recruitment and admissions cycle for all graduate business programs offered at the university. The team responsibilities include relationship building, review and evaluation of candidates, business development, event planning, marketing and ambassador program management.

About the Role

The Manager, Recruitment and Admissions is responsible for developing, leading and executing a comprehensive student recruitment strategy for the SFU Beedie School of Business for a specific graduate program or group of graduate programs in line with the overall recruitment strategy for the Segal Graduate School. The Manager is responsible for the research, data analysis, business development and stakeholder management necessary to successfully recruit a dynamic graduate cohort each year. The position establishes and sustains professional relationships and partnerships with local, domestic, and international businesses and industry organizations that are a principal source of graduate candidates and manages the targeted graduate recruitment program including, the planning and delivery of all student recruitment activities to attract well-qualified candidates.
