What the job involves
- The Executive Assistant will support three senior leaders within the Canada Leadership Team based out of Mastercard’s Toronto office
- The role includes performing general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and expense reporting, among other core responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations including scheduling and set-up of meetings, coordinating and booking travel, managing expenses in a timely manner, and overall calendar management
- Ensure all meeting and technology support is appropriately coordinated for meetings and events
- Work as a team with other Executive Assistants Globally within Mastercard to ensure alignment and operational coverage, serving as an administrative liaison with others inside and outside of the company – including our valued partners
- May research special topics and/or work on project-based initiatives as applicable
- Ensure operational efficiencies and coordination across the groups
