Our company continues to grow every year, and we’re hiring motivatedSeasonal Techniciansto join our team for Summer 2026 (May–September). If you enjoy working outdoors, being active, and making customers genuinely happy, this is a great opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits
-$20-$21 per hour starting wage (location and experience dependent)
- Company vehicle provided — start your day from home (no daily commute to an office). Not in the exact city? No problem — applicants from nearby areas are encouraged to apply. Please include your location.
- Sales incentive program with commission opportunities
- Opportunities for advancement into Leadership and Supervisor roles
- Weekends and holidays off

What You’ll Do
- Drive a company vehicle to customer properties throughout your service area
- Complete 15–20 property treatments per day using a powered backpack sprayer
- Apply mosquito and tick control solutions to outdoor areas
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Work independently or in small teams
- Deliver reliable, high-quality service that keeps customers coming back
You’ll get to visit some of Canada's nicest properties — and customers are always happy to see you because your work lets them enjoy their outdoor space again.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, outgoing attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong independence and time management skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Enjoy working outdoors and staying active
Job Requirements
- Ability to carry50 lbs regularly(backpack sprayer)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, pollen, etc.)
- Typical work week:40–44 hours
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Access to fresh water source to fill water tank in vehicle. Compensation provided.
