Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines safely and efficiently. Assemble, process, and package products according to company standards and work orders. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications. Report equipment malfunctions and assist with basic troubleshooting. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following safety guidelines. Complete production logs and required documentation accurately. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in manufacturing is an asset). Previous experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, or in factory/assembly work is an advantage but not required — training provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good physical condition to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs if needed. Team player with good communication skills. Flexible to work different shifts if required.
Work Environment You will work in a manufacturing and production facility with modern equipment, safety protocols, and a strong focus on teamwork. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.
