Our business unit based in Sarnia, specialized in industrial cleaning, is looking for an Administrative Manager for a full-time permanent position.
Your Role
- Lead and train your region’s administrative team
- Prepare and analyze monthly project results and reports
- Validate monthly reports with the Business Unit Director
- Prepare financial and statistical summaries for management
- Participate in annual budget preparation
- Oversee invoice validation, tracking, and follow-up
- Compile, update, and monitor personnel administrative files (time and attendance, payroll, work stoppages, etc.).

Profile
- 5+ years of experience in administration or accounting
- Proven supervisory or leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong sense of teamwork and service focus
- Diploma or degree in Administration or Accounting is an asset
