NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Analyst to join our team in Canada. This is 100% remote position.
The Business Analyst will support the execution of Humana's first annual Third-Party Connectivity Governance Attestation process. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring approximately 5,000 connectivity attestations are completed over the next 5.5 months. The successful candidates will be highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in an environment with ambiguous information and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:

Execute the annual attestation process for third-party connectivity, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all assigned attestations.

Collaborate closely with internal business owners and stakeholders, many of whom will be participating in this process for the first time.

Proactively guide stakeholders through the data discovery process, helping them identify and validate required information that may not be readily available.
-
Manage, track, and prioritize a high volume of attestations to meet project timelines.

Identify gaps or challenges in data collection and work independently or as part of a team to resolve them.

Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to the project team and leadership as required.

Provide constructive feedback on the attestation process to support future improvements.

Work collaboratively with other analysts, reporting to the Program Manager or designated project lead.
Required:
-
3+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.
-
3+ years of demonstrated experience working with large volumes of data and managing projects with fixed deadlines.
-
3+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or third-party management programs.
-
3+ years of experience using the OneTrust platform.
-
2+ years of familiarity with attestation processes, data validation, or IT audit practices.
-
2+ years of experience developing process documentation, guides, or training materials.
-
Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement certification.
-
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
Preferred:

Analytical skills and the ability to present data in a clear, actionable manner.
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to guide stakeholders through unfamiliar processes.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.

Comfortable working with ambiguity and proactively solving problems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $47.00 - $51.00/hourly ) . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
