Your route This Territory Manager position is a regular full-time position and is located in Calgary, AB.

Reporting To The Regional Sales Manager, You Will

• Support and guide associate store owners in all aspects of their business
• Develop and grow the sales and distribution network in your territory, and the NAPA auto parts partner network
• Implement, promote and follow up on NAPA programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centers
• Promote our programs to ensure maximum adherence: plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration
• Hold regular business reviews with store managers.

Salary range: $82,900- $103,600. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Results-oriented.
• Master the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the principles of finance and administration.
• Solid knowledge of the market, the competition, and the environment of our industry.
