Position summary
The Advances in Brain and Child Development Research Laboratory is looking for a full-time clinical research coordinator with experience conducting clinical research with a pediatric clientele. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for the study coordination of the lab’s new and ongoing research studies, which will involve direct contact with study participants and their families. The lab fosters many multidisciplinary projects in the field of pediatric neuroscience under the supervision of Dr. Brossard-Racine. Another important role of the clinical research coordinator will be to provide general administrative support to Dr. Brossard-Racine’s research studies and scholarly activities.
General Duties
- Approach and consent potential research participants,
- Coordinate of study visits,
- Data extraction from medical charts,
- Database preparation and maintenance, data entry and quality control,
- Monitoring of study budgets,
- Prepare and present regular study updates,
- Prepare and renew REB approval,
- Update and maintain the laboratory’s website and associated newsletter,
- Update academic and research CVs,
- Provide support with manuscripts and presentations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study: any related field.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent French and English, spoken and written,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision.
Additional information
Status: Temporary, full time (35-hour workweek)
Pay Scale: Commensurate with education and experience. $44,408.00 - $82,427.80
