Summary
The Linecook position has large growth opportunities with the potential to challenge your skills with an assortment of techniques from different cuisines . The menu at BROWNS Socialhouse is curated with quality sourced ingredients, created with traditional cooking applications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including knife skills, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food and product handling is organized to safe practices and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Follow all food safety procedures and uphold hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy hours
Requirements
- · Fantastic work ethic
- 1 year experience working in a Kitchen
- Experience in a high-volume Kitchen
- Flexible availability (Days, Nights, and Weekends)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- An upbeat and positive attitude
- A team player mentality
- Reliable Transportation
