About the role

Part time Veterinary Assistant Position at Westbank Animal Care Hospital

Have you always dreamed of working in a veterinary hospital? Westbank Animal Care Hospital is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Veterinary Assistant to join our team.

This position includes evening and Saturday shifts, making it an excellent opportunity for students pursuing an interest in veterinary medicine or animal care while continuing their studies.

Westbank Animal Care Hospital is a busy small animal practice that takes pride in providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, collaborative, and positive work environment.

Responsibilities Include

Assisting Registered Veterinary Technicians and Veterinarians with patient care Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment Supporting the team with daily hospital operations

The Ideal Candidate Will Be

Hardworking and reliable Self-motivated and eager to learn Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous veterinary experience is an asset but is not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is enthusiastic about working with animals and becoming part of our team.
