##Summary

The Chief of Staff, Enterprise Sales (Director, Strategic Business Transformation) is a senior strategic and operational leader who acts as an extension of the VP, Enterprise Sales. This role is accountable for driving execution of enterprise sales strategy, establishing operating discipline, and enabling cross‑functional alignment to deliver revenue growth and performance across BBM’s Enterprise Sales organization. The role combines strategy, execution, governance, and decision support in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

##Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior advisor and strategic partner to the VP, Enterprise Sales, supporting decision‑making and execution
  • Drive execution of the Enterprise Sales strategy, annual operating plans, and priority initiatives
  • Lead and govern cross‑functional initiatives across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success
  • Own executive‑level planning and communications, including QBRs, MBRs, annual planning, and board‑ready materials
  • Establish and manage the Enterprise Sales operating cadence, governance forums, and decision‑making processes
  • Translate strategy into actionable execution plans, performance management frameworks, and operating discipline
  • Proactively identify risks, pipeline gaps, and performance trends, and drive corrective actions
  • Support territory design, account planning, and major enterprise deal reviews
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations on forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics
  • Monitor and interpret key Enterprise Sales KPIs (bookings, pipeline coverage, deal velocity, win rates)
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and reporting to increase productivity and effectiveness
  • Act as an integrator across the Enterprise Sales leadership team, influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, and represent the VP in internal forums to ensure follow‑through on commitments

##Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, management consulting, business operations, or enterprise sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales models and complex deal environments
    Proven experience operating alongside or supporting senior commercial leaders
  • Strong financial, analytical, and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
  • Executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
