About the role
Caoutchoucs et Plastiques Falpaco Inc., located in the Granby industrial park, specializes in the molding of custom parts made of rubber, plastic, silicone, thermoplastic, elastomer, and polymer. The company acts as a subcontractor in the molding of plastic parts for some of its clients in addition to offering its own products on the market. It has a complete mechanical machining shop for the manufacture of molds and dies used in injection, compression, and transfer processes, as well as a metal stamping service. Certified as an Eco-Responsible company since 2018 (now Level 2), it is proud to be one of the pioneers who gave birth to and grew this movement in Quebec.
Duties The incumbent will be responsible for: installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and the building; performing preventive maintenance; Install molds on compression/injection presses; Manufacture non-complex machines and production equipment (Perform maintenance on injection presses and molds; Perform maintenance on peripheral equipment; Perform maintenance on equipment integrated into the building; Diagnose and repair hydraulic problems; Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic problems; Upgrade equipment/machines as requested; Maintain an up-to-date inventory of parts and tools; Clean and maintain accessories and work equipment.)
Skills Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems. Ability to perform welding work.

we assist our customer in them developpement and we do custom injection molding of rubber and plastics parts. We have plastic injection molding machine from 100 tons to 2000 tons. we have two colors injection molding machine to make overmolding. we do rubber molding by injection ,compression and transfert process. We do mold in house and we have partnership with chineese factories. we do pad printing and we deliver parts assembly
